Both normal customers and merchants can use the application. Normal customers can purchase tokens either without an account or by creating an account. Merchants can purchase tokens on behalf of others and earn commissions.

A normal customer can enter their meter number, select the meter type (prepaid or postpaid), confirm their details, input the recharge amount, and proceed to payment via Paystack. Upon successful payment, the system verifies the payment and generates a token equivalent to the amount paid.

The application secures customer and merchant data by implementing authentication and authorization, securing API endpoints, using JWT for password hashing, and employing HTTPS for secure communication.
